For just $55 per person, a tour guide will take you and up to 12 of your friends on a tour to three popular pubs in the city of Philadelphia.   1.      Adventure Aquarium

There is so much to see at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ. It features numerous exhibits with up to 8,500 species and nearly two million gallons of water. It is home to the largest collection of sharks on the East Coast and the only Hammerhead shark exhibit in all of the United States.

Known as “America’s Most Decorated Battleship”, Battleship New Jersey offers guided and self-guided tours for people to learn what life was like for a Battleship sailor in the past. It is nearly three football fields long and over 11 stories high, classifying it as the longest battleship ever built. Visitors can go through exhibits of the ship’s past, sit in the chair where Admiral Halsey commanded his fleet, or climb into the 16” gun turret to learn how the projectiles were loaded. You even get the option to stay over night and sleep in the bunks where the sailors slept!

  1.      Cooper River Trail

Located just minutes from Haddon Point, the Cooper River Trail is a great place to get some exercise in or simply enjoy nature. The trail has paved surfaces for bikers, runners, and walkers. Visitors can also find a large playground, miniature golf, a driving range, picnic areas, or take a walk across a short bridge that connects to Veteran’s Island. If you’re into water sports, take a lesson on sailing at the marina, kayak in the river, or watch one of the rowing competitions that are held on the Olympic distance straightaway!

  1.      Palmyra Cove Nature Park

Less than 3 miles from Haddon Point, Palmyra Cove Nature Park sits along the Delaware River and is made up of forests, meadows, and wetlands. The park has nearly 10 miles of trails which include hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing or geocaching in addition to wildlife watching. Go for a walk or a run along the Cove Trail, which overlooks decks along the tidal cove and goes over boardwalks across the wetlands!
